We are committed to changing the approach to how businesses find and hire new employees.
 
Our knowledge comes from a combination of internal recruitment departments and recruitment agencies. We develop the tactics and tools used in these and deploy them for the benefit of businesses.

Why we do it

The recruitment market has become a gold mine for agencies and RPOs, charging inflated prices for a service that can and should be handled internally. We believe that a business can not only attract their own talent but reduce their costs in doing so.


For firms to compete in the search for the best employees requires smart and effective methods. We make businesses succeed in hiring the right employees.

A note from our founder

I've worked in agencies, internal recruitment for private businesses and even run recruitment campaigns for agencies to hire their consultants. Throughout this time I have felt sure that there is a better way for businesses to recruit.


The process of handing recruitment over to a third party can be both costly and unreliable. Keeping the process in-house solves this. However, how do businesses learn to compete against the market? Thats why I started Faralyne.


Our aim is to give businesses a leading edge in a competitive market whilst reducing their long term costs.
